Tangkak, Johor, 28 July 2025 – Round 3 of the RCB MiniMoto Championship, as the official support races to the FIM MiniGP Malaysia Series 2025, wrapped up with thrilling back-to-back races at the Tangkak Racing Track. Over two days, young talents from across the country gave it their all on the 1033-meter circuit in a competitive showcase of skill, speed, and determination.

The success of the championship so far has also been made possible thanks to the outstanding efforts of ZK, who has consistently done a commendable job as the event organiser ensuring smooth race weekends while providing a strong platform for young riders to shine.

Faith Mikael of Selangor delivered an outstanding performance to claim 1st place in Race 1, completing 10 laps with a total time of 9:28.944 and setting the fastest lap at 55.991 seconds. Close behind was Yusuf Iskandar (Negeri Sembilan), followed by Wan Haqim Al Mahdi (Johor) in 3rd.

The weekend also saw a mix of emotions as Faith Mikael, winner of Race 1, was forced to retire early in Race 2 after completing only 6 laps.

The competition remained fierce in Race 2, with Fayyadh Anaqi from Selangor taking the top spot with a time of 9:34.065 and the fastest lap at 56.367 seconds. Just 0.424 seconds behind was Wan Haqim Al Mahdi, who maintained strong form to secure another podium. Yusuf Iskandar once again finished in the top 3, proving his consistency throughout the weekend.

The battle at the front was intense, especially in the closing laps, as the top three riders traded positions in a close fight for victory. Fayyadh held his nerve under pressure to edge out Wan Haqim, while Yusuf maintained pace to stay within reach. Their performances thrilled spectators and highlighted the growing competitiveness of the RCB MiniMoto grid.

RCB remains steadfast in its mission to support and develop young motorsport talent in Malaysia. Through platforms like the MiniGP series, RCB continues to nurture future champions by providing structured opportunities and high-level racing experiences from an early age.

“As a sponsor, RCB will always ensure the continued development of both the MiniMoto and MiniGP platform on young racing talent. We believe the future of Malaysian motorsports starts here,” said Marcus Leong, RCB General Manager.

The RCB MiniMoto Championship continues to gain traction with growing family and fan support. Many parents were present throughout the weekend, showing strong encouragement and bringing along their loved ones to enjoy the event.
