Tangkak, 25 July 2025 – After two adrenaline-filled rounds, the RCB MiniMoto Championship continues to build momentum as it heads to the Tangkak Racing Circuit, Johor for Round 3, promising another weekend of high-octane action and rising young stars. The event will be held as support races for the FIM MiniGP Malaysia series, further enhancing the weekend’s racing excitement.

Following standout performances in the previous round at Horizon Circuit, Beranang, all eyes will be on Adra Mikayla and Fayyadh Anaqi, whose fierce rivalry has captured the attention of fans and motorsport enthusiasts alike. In Beranang, Mikayla stunned the crowd by overtaking Fayyadh to claim victory in Race 1, while Fayyadh responded with a dominant win in Race 2, showcasing the intense level of competition among the championship’s top riders.

Adra Mikayla’s participation is symbolic of this progress. As one of the few young female racers in the field, her performance has broken barriers and inspired other young girls to pursue motorsports in a traditionally male-dominated arena. Despite her impressive performance and strong fan following, Adra will not be continuing in the next rounds due to age eligibility limitations under the championship's technical regulations. Her brief but impactful presence in the RCB MiniMoto Championship has left a lasting impression and opened doors for future female participation in junior racing.

Beyond the headline rivalry, the championship boasts a growing field of talented youngsters. Wan Haqim Al Mahdi and Raqib Rozman, both of whom claimed third-place podiums in Beranang, have demonstrated strong racecraft and will be looking to challenge the front runners.

Each round has seen the riders improve their skills, supported by families, coaches, and a growing fanbase. The Tangkak round is expected to raise the bar even further, especially with the circuit’s combination of high-speed corners and technical braking zones, a layout that rewards both courage and precision.

With 15 riders confirmed for the upcoming round, including podium finishers Wan Haqim Al Mahdi and Raqib Rozman, Round 3 is expected to deliver even more drama and excitement on the fast and technical layout of the Tangkak circuit.

The championship not only highlights Malaysia’s emerging talent in motorcycle racing but also serves as a platform for young riders, both boys and girls to shine on a national stage. The support from parents, fans, and the racing community continues to drive the growth of this grassroots motorsports initiative.

The RCB MiniMoto Championship is more than just a racing series, it represents RCB’s commitment to building a sustainable motorsports ecosystem in Malaysia. From MiniMoto to World Championship, the program provides a structured pathway to nurture young, passionate riders and guide them towards professional racing careers. It’s a powerful platform where future Malaysian MotoGP riders are likely to emerge.

RCB sees this initiative as a valuable opportunity to reach out and educate young riders, promoting not only skill development but also the importance of safe and responsible riding. By introducing the discipline and mindset of professional motorsports from an early age, we hope to be able to influence and give young riders an opportunity to put their passion on the right path from the beginning.

This initiative reflects RCB’s broader vision to support local talent, build a responsible riding culture, and elevate Malaysia’s presence on the global motorsports stage.
