RCB LIMITED WARRANTY GUIDE
* Limited single ownership means for the lifetime of the original owner, for personal non-commercial use, and subject to all other warranty conditions.
** Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required, showing date of purchase, price paid, and specifying the RCB product.
Warranty Registration
Starting 1 January 2025, selected RCB products will include a QR code on the packaging for easy warranty registration.
If your product packaging includes a QR code: Scan the QR code to register your product warranty online.
If your product packaging does not include a QR code: Kindly refer to the seller from whom you purchased the RCB product.
We encourage warranty registration to ensure your product is recorded in our system, which enables faster claim processing.
